Yankari Game Reserve

There are about 50 game reserves in Nigeria with Yankari being the first. The reserves need more funding to have more staff and improve facilities for game protection. Other better reserve are the Gashaka-gumti national park, Sambisa national park (Borno), Kainji Lake national park (Niger), Cross River national park, Oyo national park, Nguri wetland sanctuary (Yobe), Kamuku park (Kaduna) We need good protection and publicity for these parks and more tourists and even Nigerians will visit them.
